Website & Support Privacy Notice
Last updated: 29 September 2026
This notice applies to jagasec.com, support.jagasec.com, demo requests and direct email communication with JagaSec.
This notice does not cover product workspace data. Choose the IT Asset Management or Network Live Monitor notice in the Privacy Center for product-specific details.
1. Website and Support Center visits
When you request a page, our delivery and security infrastructure may process standard request information such as IP address, browser or device type, requested URL, referring page, time, locale and signals used to detect abuse. This information is used to deliver pages, maintain reliability and protect the sites.
2. Demo and business enquiries
When you submit a demo or contact request, we receive the details you provide, which may include your name, work email, company, team size and message. We use them to respond to the request, arrange the requested conversation and maintain an appropriate business record. Do not put passwords, tokens, private keys or other secrets in a form.
3. Support, security and privacy email
When you email JagaSec, we receive your email address and the message, attachments and diagnostic context you choose to provide. We use this information to investigate and answer the request. Before sending logs or screenshots, remove passwords, session cookies, private keys and unrelated personal information.
4. Why we use information
- Deliver and secure the website and Support Center.
- Respond to demo, sales, product support, privacy and security requests.
- Diagnose faults, prevent abuse and maintain service records.
- Comply with legal obligations and protect users and JagaSec.
We do not sell this information, use customer communications to build advertising profiles, or show third-party advertising on these sites.
5. Cookies and tracking
The public website and Support Center do not use advertising cookies. Our infrastructure may use strictly necessary security mechanisms to deliver and protect a request. Links to other sites, including Microsoft Store, GitHub and social networks, are governed by those sites once you follow them.
6. Service providers and disclosure
Cloudflare provides website delivery, protection and the Support Center infrastructure, and may process traffic and security information for those purposes. Review Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. Email providers and the recipient's mail service process messages you send. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect people or services, or during a business transaction subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
7. Retention
Demo, support and business communications are kept only as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, maintain an appropriate business or security record, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Infrastructure logs are retained according to operational, security and provider settings. We avoid promising a fixed period where the applicable purpose, incident or legal duty may require a different period.
8. Your choices and rights
You can choose not to submit a demo form or email, though we may then be unable to answer the request. Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, or object to or restrict certain processing. We may need enough information to verify the requester and locate the relevant record.
9. Intended audience
The sites and support services are intended for organizations and their staff, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 16.
10. Changes
We may update this notice when the sites, support channels, providers or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version, and we will provide additional notice where required for a material change.
11. Contact
Email [email protected] for privacy requests, [email protected] for product help, or [email protected] to report a security issue.
